Thomas E. Reynolds is Associate Professor of Theology at Emmanuel College. Committed to an interdisciplinary and relational vision of theology, his teaching and research seek to deepen Christian engagements with contexts of diversity. Growing up in Chicago, and then moving to Nashville, TN, after his university days, Tom had the good fortune of performing with fabulous musicians during the 1990’s before beginning his career teaching religion and theology. As a pianist, he is working currently on finding ways to bridge his passion for music and theology, writing on jazz and spirituality and other related topics. Tom shares his life with his sons, Chris and Evan, and his wife Mary.
