Staff Training: De-Escalation Training

Over the next few months, staff will participate in a webinar entitled "De-Escalation for Streetfront Retailers'. Sponsored by the Toronto BIA and City of Toronto, it is aimed at providing supports and tools to streetfront businesses and their staff encountering escalated or agitated behaviours. This is an opportunity to learn how to engage constructively with people who are street-involved, agitated or behaving in an escalated way.
